Week 2: Values, Appreciation, Manifestation

Week 2: Seeing yourself through the Eyes of Source

Welcome to Week 2 and the review of Chapters 1 and 2 in the “Ask and It is Given” Book.  The topics are “The Power of Feeling Good Now” and “We are Reminding You of Who You Are.”  I encourage you to read through the entirety of Part I in the book, even though we are reviewing a small amount at a time.  It will be easier for you to go back and understand the full breadth of information offered this way.  It is just a suggestion, find your own unique way of practicing if that feels right for you.

These chapters introduce the vibrational reality that is You, and the distinction between the Physical and Non-Physical aspects of You.  The intention is clearly stated that this information is given to you to help you remember that you are extensions of Source Energy, that you are blessed, loved Beings; and that you have come forth into this physical time-space-reality to joyously create.  Other important messages:

You can never get in done, and you cannot get it wrong.

You are the Creator of your own experience.

All your power in NOW.

Your life is about the continuing expression of WHO YOU TRULY ARE.

You have an Emotional Guidance System that is constantly working for you.

As your memory awakens to the powerful Laws of the Universe– your natural joyful zest for life will return.

Reawaken within your memory the power and inevitable success that pulses through the core of that which you really are.

You are a Vibrational Being, You live in a Vibrational Universe, and you are more Energy, Vibration, and Electricity than you realize.

You came forth saying, “I will always feel the power and value of my own perspective; I will live in joy!”

You can never lose your connection to Source.

There is nothing that you cannot be, do or have.

Reactivate the powerful knowing that pulses within the very core of that which you are– that life is supposed to be fun; that you are powerful beyond measure; that you are love.

This week’s focus: The relationship between you and You– seeing yourself through the eyes of Source…

Law of Attraction and The Emotional Guidance System

The Law of Attraction states that we attract to our lives what we focus on whether wanted or unwanted.

When we are focusing on pain and the suffering in our lives and in the world we attract more pain into our lives. When focus on appreciating good people and appreciating the blessings in our lives we receive more blessings.

Unfortunately due to years of negative thinking and being raised with beliefs like “Life is a struggle” and “No pain no gain” we tend to focus more on the negative aspects of our lives.

Every thought is powerful and sends out a message to the universe. The universe does not differentiate whether you like the object or emotion- it merely gives you back what you focus on.

To manifest our goals using Law of Attraction and to live peacefully we need to move our focus away from negative thoughts (move away from what we do not want) and focus on positive thoughts like gratitude, love and our goals (what we do want).

However it is not possible for us monitor all our thoughts because we have so many thoughts in a day.
There is a simpler way of doing it using the Emotional Guidance System.

The Emotional Guidance Scale as explained by Abraham-Hicks, has the following emotions:

1. Joy/knowledge/Empowerment/Freedom/
2. Passion
3. Enthusiasm/Eagerness/Happiness
4. Positive expectation/Belief
5. Optimism
6. Hopefulness
7. Contentment
8. Boredom
9. Pessimism
10. Frustration/Irritation/Impatience
11. Overwhelming
12. Disappointment
13. Doubt
14. Worry
15. Blame
16. Discouragement
17. Anger
18. Revenge
19. Hatred/Rage
20. Jealousy
21. Insecurity/Guilt/unworthiness
22. Fear/Grief/Depression/Despair/Powerlessness

During the day you need to be aware of which emotion you are experiencing from the Emotional Guidance System. When you are experiencing the positive emotions you are helping in the co creation of your goals.

When you feel a negative emotion you are blocking yourself from your source and blocking abundance. You then have to shift that negative emotion to better feeling emotion on the scale.

Use your power of deliberately focusing your thoughts and feelings this week to positively influence and create the goals and intentions you have set forth for yourself. You are the only one in charge of your life… and your vibration!

Power Mantra:

“Your greatest value to others is when you are joyful. Your greatest value to others is when you are connected. Your greatest value to others is to be radiantly healthy. Your greatest value to others is to have and do all the things that are important to you. And as you are living that and vibrating that, then you are a catalyst that is inspiring others to an awareness of that.” ~ Abraham-Hicks ♥

Power Quote:

“My Most Important Relationship Is With My Source… There is no relationship of greater importance to achieve than the relationship between you, in your physical body, right here and now, and the Soul/Source/God from which you have come. If you tend to that relationship, first and foremost, you will then, and only then, have the stable footing to proceed into other relationships. Your relationship with your own body; your relationship with money; your relationship with your parents, children, grandchildren, the people you work with, your government, your world will all fall swiftly and easily into alignment once you tend to this fundamental, primary relationship first.”   YES!

What are your values in life?  What are your values in your practice?

Are they the same or different and why?

Look at the values in your life and choose ten from the list below.  These values give you example of how to describe who you are.  Now reduce the values to three.  Explain why these are important to you in your life.  You can put a word in front of a value or behind it.  Example: Respect

self-respect or respect others. If you have a value that is not listed, you are more than welcome to put it on your list.   Now do the same exercise for your practice.  Are they the same or different?  Please explain the differences.

Next – Now chose an important person in your life.  It could be a friend, relative, or a famous person such as a movie star or a political figure.  Tell me how this person has influenced your life and what changes they made in your life.

Make two sentences with three different adjectives in each sentence. One sentence should describe you at your best and one sentence at your worst.  Just look, don’t judge.

It is time to activate your imagination, to clarify your intentions, focus your energy, take action, and expect results. Expand your field of possibilities and trust your creative power within the alignment of your true Being.

Once you allow this new orientation and begin to accept yourself as a Vibrational Being who attracts all the things that come into your experience, then you will begin the delicious journey into Deliberate Creation. Once you begin to understand the correlation between what you are thinking, what you are feeling, and what you are receiving, now you have it!

Emotions Are Indicators of Your Alignment with Source Energy… Your emotions– simply, purely, and only– are about your relationship with your Source. They are indicators of the vibrational content of your Being, in every moment, and when you are in full allowance of this Source Energy that is you, you thrive in absolute joy and freedom.

Once you have this knowledge– the in-the-moment awareness of what your vibrational offering is, then you will have full choice of your powerful point of attraction, and you can now guide your life experience in any way you choose.

You are empowered beings– utterly free to create.

When you know this and focus upon things that are in vibrational Harmony with You, you feel absolute joy and freedom.

Now you hold all the keys that are necessary to get from wherever you are to wherever you want to be, on all subjects.
