We will cover 5 main topics in our quest of EmPowerment: Self/Body, Sex, Relationships, Money, and Career/Life Purpose. We will spend two weeks on each topic, as well as include the new Abraham-Hicks book, “The Vortex”, “Money and The Law of Attraction”, and their youtube videos, Theta Healing techniques, Pleaidian Lightwork, plus many more meditation and visualization practices to help us clear, align, and release our energy system and thoughts to receive the highest gifts possible from our connection to Source.

Power Relationship to Self and Body

For the first 2 weeks we will use the inspirations from “The Vortex” book (Parts I and V) to look at our power relationship to Self and Body.

This is the crux of our whole experience– like the Abraham-Hicks Quote I shared says eloquently:

“My Most Important Relationship Is With My Source… There is no relationship of greater importance to achieve than the relationship between you, in your physical body, right here and now, and the Soul/Source/God from which you have come. If you tend to that relationship, first and foremost, you will then, and only then, have the stable footing to proceed into other relationships. Your relationship with your own body; your relationship with money; your relationship with your parents, children, grandchildren, the people you work with, your government, your world . . . will all fall swiftly and easily into alignment once you tend to this fundamental, primary relationship first.”

From this view point, we will create tangible, powerful practices to keep us in alignment with Source/Divine Self. Through practicing specific Power Tools, Mantras, Meditations, and Visualizations, we will create a book of positive aspects and the practice of appreciation to keep us in this highest state of alignment when we need it most. We wil learn how to use our Emotional Guidance System to inform us when we are “in the vortex”, and practice using language and pivoting techniques to keep us there.

This is going to be a very wonder-full journey of Self-Realization and Discovery! Enjoy the journey…

Big Bright Blessings.

!What are your values in life? What are your values in your practice?

Are they the same or different and why?

Look at the values in your life and choose ten from the list below. These values should tell you who you are! Now reduce the values to three. Explain why these are important to you in your life. You can put a word in front of a value or behind it. Example: Respect self-
respect or respect others. If you have a value that is not listed, you are more than welcome to put it on your list. Now do the same exercise for your practice. Are they the same or different? Please explain the differences.

!Next – Now chose an important person in your life. It could be a friend, relative, or a famous person such as a movie star or a political figure. Tell me how this person has influenced your life and what changes they made in your life.

!Make two sentences with three different adjectives in each sentence. One sentence should describe you at your best and one sentence at your worst. Just look, don’t judge.
