Welcome to Week 2 and the review of Chapter one: Mutli-Dimensional Reality and The Design of Existence

I hope you are finding yourself full of enthusiasm as well as juicy questions about the nature of reality.  This book is rich with information, and I guarantee the answers will come, now that we have started the process of inquiry and have opened our minds to a new way of looking at things.

Understanding the power of beliefs and the power of the mind, both individually and en masse, is the most pressing and crucial issue for humankind to grasp. Recognizing these two important keys of knowledge can open human consciousness to a new worldview of unlimited possibilities and highly creative solutions. Beliefs are essentially agreements about reality, and both personal and collective beliefs form the structure and the parameters of your life experience in any era. Beliefs, thoughts, and feelings leave a distinct formative imprint on the field of vital energy that envelops your world. You are creating all of the time and humankind is rapidly awakening to this astounding realization.

When you change your attitude, you change your personal and collective life. People all over the world are realizing the need to refocus the direction of global attention toward one of honesty and integrity, where valuing peace and respectfully honoring and caring for Earth and all her creatures are of primary intent. As the vibration of the mass consciousness expands and matures, greater momentum and focus will be gained. The Earth feels these changes. An elevated state of awareness in the collective consciousness of humankind triggers the Earth to unlock and release more of the complete story of time stored within her being.

Everything in existence is imbued with a form of power, including you.  Power, by definition, is Energy/Time.

The awakening of consciousness is being cast to the forefront of your own life because you are here at this time to learn how to manage your energy. Will you overcome the program of fear as a qualifier of your experience? Will you pursue the quest of transformation by trusting yourself and your intuition? You are called upon to think for yourself, to believe in yourself, and to consciously create a peaceful and sustainable version of reality accepting complete responsibility for your life. The nanosecond is especially important because as everything continues to accelerate monumental changes will transpire, and your beliefs about reality – and the very nature of reality itself – can be altered in the twinkling of an eye.”

    This information is absolutely amazing– it eloquently describes all that I do in my work and my world!

    I love this book. I have started the mirror practice the results have been surprising and wonderful. I can feel my personal power expanding. I have had a major shift in my consciousness just after reading this first chapter. Jen, can you explain a little more about discernment and how to apply it?

    I’m especially noticing my relationship to time, and just HOW fast my days go flying by without completing my mental to do list. Perhaps because I don’t write anything down in my day to day, it’s more difficult for me to know what the most important thing to focus on is.

    But in contrast, I feel like I am called strongly moment to moment, and live to the fullest that I can in each moment even if that means “taking a break” and checking in with the rest of my friends on facebook!

    I have spurts of energy throughout my day, but I would like to manage that more, and have sustained energy in my day, and a more grounded and focused energy. I get easily distracted and pulled in many different directions, and love to multi-task which isn’t always productive.

    SO I would like to give myself permission to be fully present so that I can achieve my daily tasks.

    I feel that there is always just so much to do in this world, its difficult to choose one thing!
