Start by reviewing the entire instructions included with the colon cleansing kit, and check the Blessed Herbs website for any other questions or concerns you may have.

Controlling the Strength of Your Cleanse

All options will use this chart below during Step 1. Then the BEST Option will follow with a liquids–only fast, while the BETTER and GOOD Options will continue to use the chart throughout Step 2.

This chart gives a more in-depth look at the effects of eating different diets while taking the Colon Cleansing Kit™.

To use this chart, locate your current diet type in each column.

You can make your cleanse stronger and more effective by moving up in any column or in any combination of columns.

Likewise, if your cleanse becomes too strong, you can move down in any column to soften the effects.

Each week we will look at the Digestive system symbolically and use several systems of philosophy to understand the interconnection between the mind, body, and spirit.  Choose any and all ways that feel right for you at this time.

Outline:

Week1– the 1st and 2nd principles of each topic as they apply to the nature of the Colon and Intestines

Week2– the 3rd and 4th principles of each topic as they apply to the nature of the Liver and Gall Bladder

Week3– the 5th and 6th principles of each topic as they apply to the Nature of the Kidneys and Lungs

Week 4– the 7th and 8th principles of each topic as they apply to the nature of the Blood, Lymphatics and Cells

For week 1:  Creating a Mission Statement

**What do you really want from this cleanse?

Take some time to create a statement of intention that describes what you want to experience and achieve:

Example:

“I want a better relation to my body and better eating habits from doing this cleanse.  I want to eat with more consciousness and

awareness of how my body feels from certain foods.  I want to understand how my thoughts and emotions are connected to the things I eat.

I want to experience greater love and acceptance of my body through this cleanse.”
